I offer sessions in my office in Halifax, and also coach over phone or video internationally, in English, French and Spanish.
I invite you to try an introductory session. This is a chance for you to experience coaching, ask questions about the process, and make sure you feel comfortable working together. 

You should get tremendous value in the first session. Once you know firsthand the benefits my coaching can offer you, then you'll have the option to sign up for a tailor-made coaching package. 

Introductory sessions are $20 for 20 minutes.
